Auditions are now open for the Georgia Has Talent show! Cherokee High School’s Beat out Cancer club hosts the Georgia Has Talent show every year to serve as a cancer research fundraiser benefiting the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. All acts of all ages are welcome to audition for the show!
Beat out Cancer is a Cherokee High School club that helps to raise money for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute through various fundraisers. The club hosts the Georgia Has Talent show and Cherokee’s hot chocolate fundraiser in order to raise money. Beat out Cancer also has major sponsors from well known businesses and restaurants including Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Uncle Maddio’s Pizza, Ken Stanton Music, Starbucks, and Madlife Stage & Studios.

This year the Georgia Has Talent show is on March 7, 2020 and it will be the ninth show that the club has hosted. Last year the show helped the Beat out Cancer club raise $15,000 for cancer research! The goal for the club this year is to raise $20,000!
The auditions are open to any acts of all ages. All auditions must be submitted by November 30, 2019, and the final performance roster for the show will be announced on January 1, 2020.
