An average of 24% of high school students in Georgia play 2 sports and manage to keep all A’s. This is an incredibly hard thing to do. We are going to look at a girl who does not do one but two sports while keeping good grades. Reagan Dailey plays volleyball and lacrosse for the Cherokee Warriors. She is in 1 honors class and has all A’s. In lacrosse, she plays for Cherokee and a travel team as well. In volleyball, she only plays for Cherokee. She manages to keep great grades while also excelling in sports!
1: What do you do in your free time?
I love to hang out with friends, family, and play lacrosse.
2: Do you have siblings?
Yes! I have an older brother named Dillon Dailey and he is a senior at Cherokee high-school.
3: How do you maintain good grades while doing sports and spending time with family?
I have lacrosse practice in the morning before school, then after school I go to practice and get my home work done. On weekends I mostly spend all my time with family that way I still have time to see my family and get my homework and sports done.
4: Do you have any pets?
Yes, I have a dog named Scout, he is a chocolate Labradoodle and he is 3 years old
5: What do you want to do as a career?
I want to do something with sports media, so maybe something like a sports photographer!
6: How are you going to try and make your career choice happen?
I will work hard in all my classes to make sure I get good grades, that way I will get into my dream college and I will start doing photography for Cherokee High School that way once I get into to college I will have good experience.
7: What is one thing that you will never change even when you get older?
I will always go to church, even when life gets busy in college and even when I am older with a family.
8: What your favorite TV show and why?
The Summer I Turned Pretty because it’s really interesting, and there’s a lot of cliffhangers, so it keeps you watching it.
Overall, Reagan Dailey is a very interesting girl! She does a fantastic job keeping good grades and balancing sports, friends, and family. She proves it’s possible to balance life, all in all. She still finds time for friends, family, school, volleyball, and two lacrosse teams! She is a great girl to look up to!
