Belly is the main character girl in The Summer I Turned Pretty love triangle. She grew up with Jeremiah and Conrad because her mom was best friends with their mom. Belly has loved Conrad since she can remember, so the summer of her 16th birthday she sets out to accomplish her hopes and dreams of getting the guy. But when she finally gets Conrad they only last for a few years in high school because of the tragic loss of his mother. Then her and Jeremiah rekindle and end up falling in love and attending the same college. While Conrad is still healing the heart sized hole she left in his body and going to therapy, Jeremiah and Belly announce their quick and some would say “stupid” engagement. But as the day comes closer Belly starts falling back in love with Conrad and realizes she might’ve made the wrong choice. As the last season of this series comes to an end, we all question; Will Belly choose herself or give her heart back to her first love??
My Life with the Walter Boys
Jackie is the main girl character in the Walter Brother love triangle. Jackie moved in with the Walter’s in Colorado after her parents and sister suddenly died in a tragic car accident. Enter Cole and Alex. Jackie started dating Alex in the first season but started catching feelings for Cole. As the first season ends Jackie spends more time with Cole and can’t deny the feelings she’s gaining. Her and Cole share an intimate moment at the end of the first season, and she runs away back to New York; confused and lost. The next year: season 2, she comes back missing the small town in Colorado and the stable family life. As the season goes on, she starts falling for Alex again, swearing off Cole ‘forever’. But as the season comes to an end so does the relationship with Alex, or at least in Jackie’s eyes it does. Jackie realizes that her and Cole have undeniable chemistry and the time apart or even other people can’t break that. In the next season coming up, will this city girl choose to run back home, or will she stay in this cozy small town in the mountains with all the complications for just the hope of it all working out?
Who’s the better brother and why?
Conrad is the better brother because not only is he not a cheater, but he really sees Belly for who she is and cares for her. He has loved her for her whole life, not just when she got ‘pretty’ that one summer. Cole started off as a ‘bad boy’, but Jackie changed him and now he loves her more than anyone even when he can’t have her, he still has that love in his heart for her.
