Hannah Quesada has contributed to Journalism for the past 2 years at Cherokee High School. She is now a senior and going to be attending Augusta University for the next chapter of her life. Hannah has impacted this class and club greatly. This article is dedicated to honoring her importance and to celebrate her accomplishments.

Hannah’s parent’s have answered some questions about her and their responses are incredibly heartwarming.
Use one word to describe her and why
Committed. Because she has passion, clear objectives and desire to achieve her goals. Strong sense of responsibility.
What is her greatest accomplishment in your opinion?
Her accomplishments are many, but I can mention her clear sense of direction, growth and goals.
Has she always been interested in writing?
She is very good writing, but she really loves to read.

What is something she is passionate about?
She is passionate about music, books and to learn different languages.
Is there something your family bonds with together?
Everything! We try to be together and always look for opportunities to join and share time as a family.
What is your favorite memory together?
I love remembering that she’s always been an organized, creative, cheerful, and active person. She’s always had plenty of ideas. Her hands are incredibly creative.

What are you looking forward to as she moves to this new season of life?
I want her to be happy and fulfilled, with a successful life that she can look back on with pride and appreciation.
What advice do you have for Hannah as she goes off to college?
To keep clear her personal values and to be accountable to others.
What are you going to miss the most about her?
I’ll miss everything about her, especially the moments we shared in her room, where we’d talk about everything and chat freely. Those memories will stay with me.

How has she impacted and inspired you?
She had impacted me on her desire for success, the way she develops her talents, and her values. I call her my butterfly, and I like to tell her “Fly high, butterfly!”

Hannah is very special to Cherokee and will always be remembered. She is talented, outgoing, smart, and beautiful inside and out.
