The Fox and the Hound take us on the adventures of two unlikely friends, a fox and a hound. Although deemed enemies by nature, Tod and Copper become best friends. We watch Copper grow into a fierce hunting dog and Tod become more like a wild fox. As the movie progresses, the two begin to walk different paths, and we watch to see if their friendship can withstand it.

As a young fox, Tod begins his story by being adopted by a sweet old lady named Lady Tweed. Meanwhile, Copper is taken home by Amos Slade to become Amos’s next good hunting dog. Once the two meet, they make an instant connection. Until they become tragically separated; they only reunite when each of them has grown up into adults. Everything has changed, Tod and Copper have now grown in separate directions, and we begin to see the two friends become enemies. Will their newfound differences break their bond? Can they save their lifelong friendship? You’ll just have to watch and see.
